Meet The Team
KopMan Industries is made up of a diverse group of people with a passion for innovation. We work with businesses to redefine what’s possible.
Clay began working in the energy sector in 1990 as a chemical cleaning and hydro-blasting support technician. From 1990-2001, he managed and coordinated technical support services to the Refinery industry in Corpus Christi, Texas.
In 2000, as a Regional Manager, Clay began working in the energy sector offering technical support and business development strategies in the specialty services industry. He later began working in the Oil & Gas industry focusing on adding technical support services to the production operators. In 2014, he began consulting with operators on solving challenges from dealing with organic elements, fouling and other issues disrupting production services. In addition, he worked with Ohmstede Industrial Services and Ohmstede LTD on building their ONE program in the refinery market, focusing on off-site cleaning. Over the years, Clay has helped develop several technical support tools and strategies solving some of the largest issues in the energy sector.
He received his business degree from AIU and is passionate about collaborating with those in an outside of his field to find innovative solutions.
With a passion for people and helping others, Jennifer began working with Clay four years ago and joined the KopMan team in 2022 as the Accounts Manager.
Studying accounting and finance, along with owning a small business, has prepared her for scheduling and managing employees and finances, as well as taught her the importance of listening.
Born in Woodsboro, Jennifer is a Texas girl but has lived many places, including San Marcos, Colorado Springs, Atlanta, Switzerland, Dallas and eventually back to Woodsboro to be near family.
In her free time, she enjoys reading suspense novels, spending time with her sons and grandchildren, completing jigsaw puzzles, lifting weights, baking, watching football and crime documentaries, practicing Pilates and using her green thumb in her flowerbeds.
Karrie grew up in Louisiana and is a true “southern girl.” She has been working in marketing and team building for more than 15 years. Karrie has a true passion for empowering people to be the person that God called them to be. Karrie loves to hear people’s stories and find unique ways to tell those stories.
Amanda was raised in San Antonio Texas, moved to Louisiana and could not wait to get back to the Lone Star State. She has a love for all things design (graduated with a Bachelors in Communications Design from LaTech in 2010) and has worked in marketing, design and photography since.
